New course starting in October ’99 at convenient Greenwich Village location near all major subways

The goal for the 6-week course is to present the basic ideas of F.M. Alexander and to enable the participants to begin to implement the Technique in their daily and professional activities.

The course time will be spent in group activities and individual work with the teachers. Due to the intensive, individual hands-on work in this class the class is co-taught by two teachers and the group size is limited.
